VINTAGE HOSS™
A VINTAGE CLOTHING BUSINESS & CLOTHING STYLIST COLLECTIVE
FOUNDED IN ALEXANDRIA, VA
EST. 2016
Vintage Hoss, founded in 2016 by Reilly Hughes in Alexandria, Virginia, began as an independent focus on vintage band t shirts and sportswear. Over time, the business developed into a styling and vintage fashion collective working with touring music artists, college athletes, and live events, supporting performance and pre appearance styling, as well as merchandise design and production.
Momentum resumed in 2019 in Winter Park, Florida, where Vintage Hoss worked closely with Asquared Sneakers, gaining professional experience styling artists and athletes and building long term industry relationships. During the COVID period, the brand brought on Justin Gervais, using the pause in live events to prepare for post pandemic growth. This effort led to a deliberate push to have Vintage Hoss represented across multiple United States touring markets, followed by international representation through global artist relationships.
In 2021, Vintage Hoss expanded into the live music and festival space, styling artists at established venues and festivals including Red Rocks Amphitheater, EDC Las Vegas, and Lollapalooza Chicago. As touring activity increased, the organization scaled operations to support consistent national coverage.
In January 2022, Vintage Hoss transitioned into a national operation with the addition of three curators and core team members, Liam McHugh, John Rupert, and Greg Sarafian, each based in key touring markets across the United States. Their contributions have played a significant role in the organization’s growth, touring reach, and operational stability.
Growth continued through 2023 and 2024 with expanded touring support, creative collaborations, and the introduction of Vintage Hoss produced pop ups aligned with major music and festival weekends. These efforts included official collaborations with Kai Nakamura, founder of KAINAKA, and Liv Myers, founder of Overchill The Label, as well as pop ups in Charlottesville, Virginia, Orlando, Florida, and Chicago, Illinois. In late 2024, Vintage Hoss produced artist merchandise for Łaszewo at The Fillmore, which sold out before the show began. The merchandise was manufactured and produced by co founder Liam McHugh, marking a key milestone in the brand’s merchandise expansion.
In 2025, Vintage Hoss expanded further into international markets and collegiate athletics. The brand worked with the University of Tulsa Men’s Soccer Team and Temple University Men’s Soccer Team, representing student athletes through NIL partnerships and providing styling for pregame appearances. That summer included the brand’s first international pop up in Paris, France, during Lollapalooza Paris weekend, followed by a pop up in Chicago during Lollapalooza Chicago weekend.
To date, Vintage Hoss has styled 88 artists, including 16 Grammy nominated or award winning acts, across 228 shows in 13 countries.
Vintage Hoss operates at the intersection of music, athletics, and vintage fashion, providing styling, curation, and merchandise design and production services for touring artists, college athletes, and live events.
